A Diffierent Point of View

For over twenty years, my world was defined by details. As an attorney, my job was to understand people, to find the core of a story, and to present it with precision and conviction. About six years ago, I picked up a camera, and I discovered a powerful new way to do the exact same thing.

My photographic journey began with landscapes and the vibrant energy of city streets, but I found that my true passion wasn't just in capturing a place, but in the people who bring it to life. I kept coming back to the challenge and joy of capturing a person’s unique story and personality in a single frame.

Today, I bring the same dedication from my legal career to my photography.

The precision I once applied to a complex case, I now bring to perfecting the light in a professional headshot.

The storytelling skills I honed in legal writing, I now use to capture the unfolding drama of a soccer game.

And most importantly, the ability to put a client at ease in a high-stakes environment now helps families relax, laugh, and be themselves during a portrait session.

Whether I'm on the sidelines of a game or composing a portrait in my Mount Vernon studio, my goal is the same: to create images that are not only technically excellent but are also authentic, compelling, and true to you. My camera has become my favorite way to connect with and serve my community. I would be honored to tell your story.
